Typical ultra-pure water systems comprise a pre-treatment to remove particulates, hardness and chlorine from incoming water. Removal of ions can be accomplished

by ion-exchange or RO membranes. Water can be further purified by polisher or EDI membranes to consistently achieve resistivity greater than 17 mega ohms. Incorporated into the systems are bacteria sterilizer, TOC removal, and inert gas tank.


John-Young also offers recovery systems for solvents and water. Combustible solvents miscible with oil contaminants can be recovered using explosion proof vacuum evaporators. Contaminated water is recovered using combination of physical / chemical treatments followed by membrane separation technology.

John-Young has also developed a range of home water purifier with pre-treatment, RO and UV sterilizer.
